不同处理方式对南疆芦苇青贮品质的影响

The Effect of Different Treatments on Reed Silage in Southern Xinjiang

摘要 为了探究酸、碱及尿素处理对南疆芦苇青贮感官评分和营养价值的影响,笔者将南疆野生芦苇进行酸处理(浓盐酸+浓硫酸1∶1)、碱处理(氢氧化钠)以及尿素处理后调制成芦苇青贮。发酵60 d后,通过对芦苇青贮进行感官评分和营养价值分析,探究不同处理方法对芦苇青贮的影响,筛选出最佳处理方式。综合分析后得知:9%碱处理组的NDF与ADF显著下降,CP含量高于其他处理组,为碱处理组各浓度中最佳的;8%酸处理组NDF与ADF显著下降,CP含量高于其他处理组,在酸处理组的各浓度中为最佳;9%尿素处理组中NDF与ADF均显著低于其他处理组的情况下,CP含量显著高于其他处理组,比原芦苇提高了1.76倍,在尿素处理组的各浓度中为最佳;在9%碱处理、8%酸处理、9%尿素处理中,9%尿素处理为最佳。 In order to investigate the effects of acid,alkali and urea treatments on sensory score and nutritional value of reed silage in Southern Xinjiang,wild reed in Southern Xinjiang was prepared into reed silage after acid treatment(concentrated hydrochloric acid +concentrated sulfuric acid 1∶1),alkali treatment(sodium hydroxide) and urea treatment.After 60 days of fermentation,sensory score and nutritional value of reed silage were analyzed to explore the effects of different treatment methods on reed silage,and the optimal treatment method was selected.After comprehensive analysis,NDF and ADF in 9% alkali treatment group decreased significantly,and CP content was higher than that in other treatment groups,which was the best among all concentrations in alkali treatment group.The NDF and ADF in 8% acid treatment group were significantly decreased,and the CONTENT of CP in 8% acid treatment group was the best among all the concentrations.While NDF and ADF in 9% urea treatment group were significantly lower than those in other treatment groups,CP content in 9% urea treatment group was significantly higher than that in other treatment groups,which was 1.76 times higher than that in raw reed,and the concentration in urea treatment group was the best.Among 9% alkali treatment,8% acid treatment and 9%urea treatment,9% urea treatment is the best.
