Traffic Safety Optimization of Middle Strip Safety Island based on Self-explaining

摘要 为提高城乡结合部公路中央分隔带安全岛的交通安全,总结分析了安全岛发生事故的主要原因,结合自解释视线诱导理念,提出了包含交通事故分析、改善方法及评价体系的安全岛优化研究框架。根据行人受伤害的关键速度分别提出警示型、警示诱导型及诱导防撞型安全岛设置方法,对行人的保护强度依次增加;并对以上3种形式的公路中央分隔带安全岛及常见的非警示型安全岛从路权、人因、驾驶任务以及防撞等4个方面进行定性评价,若现状安全岛为非警示型或警示型则应提升为警示诱导型;若车辆行驶速度大于50 km/h,安全岛应提升为诱导防撞型。 In order to improve the traffic safety of the separated safety island in the rural-urban fringe highway,the main causes of accidents on the safety island are summarized and analyzed,and combined with the concept of self-explaining line of sight induction,a research framework for the optimization of the safety island is put forward which includes traffic accident analysis,improvement methods and evaluation system.According to the critical speed of pedestrian injury,the setting methods of warning type,warning induced type and induced anti-collision type are proposed respectively,and the protection intensity of pedestrians increases successively.Qualitative evaluation is carried out on the above three types of safety islands and common non-warning safety islands from four aspects of right-of-way,human factor,driving tasks and collision avoidance.If the current status of safety islands is non-warning or warning type,it should be upgraded to warning induced type.If the vehicle speed is greater than 50km/h,the safety island should be upgraded to induced crash-avoidance type.
