摘要
目的:采用质谱成像显微镜可视化分析巴戟天炮制品中环烯醚萜和寡糖的空间分布情况。方法:使用成像质谱显微镜对巴戟天不同炮制品进行空间分布数据采集,通过UPLC测定巴戟天不同炮制品中环烯醚萜的含量,判断不同炮制方法对环烯醚萜的影响,并验证质谱成像显微镜结果的准确性。结果:质谱成像显微镜可以实现环烯醚萜和寡糖的空间分布的可视化分析,结果与UPLC法含量测定结果基本一致。结论:质谱成像显微镜可运用于巴戟天炮制过程质量研究,为中药炮制研究提供一种新思路。
Objective:To visual analyze the changes of iridoid and saccharous in Morindae Officinalis Radix processed product by matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization mass spectrometry imaging(MALDI-MSI).Methods:The data of spatial distribution of iridoid and saccharous in Morindae Officinalis Radix during different processing were acquired by MALDI-MSI.The contents of iridoid in the samples were determined by UPLC.The accuracy of MS imaging microscope was verified by the results of content determination.Results:The MS imaging microscope could distinguish different processed samples and realize the visualization analysis of spatial distribution of iridoid and saccharous in Morindae Officinalis Radix.The results were basically consistent with those determined by UPLC.Conclusion:MALDI-MSI can be used to study the processing quality of Morindae Officinalis Radix and this method provides new ideas for the Chinese medicine processing.
