海塘工程涉河涉堤项目安全监测方案研究

摘要 海塘工程涉河涉堤项目安全监测是海塘管理部门项目审批监管的重要环节,是确保海塘安全的重要手段。涉河涉堤项目按工程类别分为基坑工程、穿堤工程、跨堤工程、其他工程等四类,不同类别项目施工对海塘的影响各异,应按照“技术可靠、经济合理”原则进行安全监测,规范海塘安全监测设计,实现海塘动态实时监测和预警,对提升安全监管能力、保障海塘工程运行安全具有重要意义。 The safety monitoring of the river and embankment projects along seawall is an important link of project approval and supervision of management department,as an important means to ensure seawalls safety.The river and embankment projects can be divided into 4 types according to the engineering categories as foundation pit engineering,dike crossing engineering,dike crossing engineering and other engineering,which impact the seawall in different ways.According to the principle of“technical reliability and economic rationality”,the safety monitoring requirements are put forward with standardized design,so as to realize the automatic monitoring and early warning,which is of great significance to improve the safety supervision ability and ensure the safety of seawall engineering operation.
