摘要
在平漯周铁路灰河跨越工程建设项目中,桥梁跨越处紧邻村庄,桥墩处在河道右滩,改变了河道原本的地质条件和水文条件,可能会造成河道行洪水位、河流现状发生变化。为保障河道行洪安全和桥梁安全运行,经过对防洪影响评价内容的分析研究和拟建桥梁跨越处洪水模拟分析试算,得出平漯周高速铁路跨越灰河处桥梁底高程高于100年一遇洪水位,满足相关规范要求;桥梁建成后壅水高度相对较小,不影响河道泄洪;且冲刷深度满足管理要求。但由于桥墩处在河道右滩,行洪断面面积减小,桥墩挑流作用引起的河岸冲刷会对河道防洪产生影响,因此需要对影响范围内的河道岸坡进行护砌。
The construction of Huihe River Crossing Project of Pingdingdhsn-Luohe-Zhoukou Railway is close to the village and the pier is on the right beach of the river,which changes the original geological and hydrological conditions of the river with potential changes in flood discharge level and current stream-flow situation.In order to ensure the flood discharge safety of the river and the safe operation of the bridge,after the analysis and research of flood impact evaluation content and flood simulation analysis and trial calculation of the proposed bridge crossing,it is finally concluded that the bottom elevation of the bridge at the crossing of Huihe River of Pingdingshan-Luohe-Zhoukou High-speed Railway is higher than the once-in-a-century flood level,which meets the requirements of relevant specifications.After the completion of the bridge,the backwater height is relatively small,which does not affect the flood discharge of the river,and the scouring depth can meet the management requirements.However,since the pier is located on the right beach of the river,the area of flood discharge section is reduced,and the river bank scouring caused by the pier flip will have an impact on the river flood control,so the river bank slope within the influence range needs to be protected.
