摘要 为探求大型泵站振动原因及其有效应对措施,结合盐官排涝泵站机组大修改造前后振动及水力性能分析对比,提出改造流道优化设计、降低水泵安装高度、改善核心部件材质质量、增设液压全调节机构等措施,结果显示水力性能提升明显,振动降低成效明显,为大型水泵机组建设安装及日常运行管理提供参考。 In order to explore the causes of vibration in large-scale pump station and its countermeasures,combined with the analysis and comparison before and after the unit overhaul and transformation of Yanguan Drainage Pump Station,some measures are put forward,such as transforming optimal design of flow channel,reducing installation height of water pump,material improving quality of core components,and adding hydraulic full regulating mechanism.The results show that the hydraulic performance is significantly improved and the effect of vibration reduction is obvious,which provides a reference for the construction,installation and daily operation management of large-scale water pump unit.
