校园欺凌受害者心理创伤难愈的原因分析及后续干预策略 被引量:1

摘要 通过对某高职院新生心理普测确定为重点关注对象的学生访谈发现,约有10%的学生在基础教育阶段有受校园欺凌经历。继续跟踪访谈,发现这些曾受校园欺凌者因个体归因方式、应对方式以及所获得的社会支持不同,心理创伤和心理问题的发展程度不一,家长的不信任和忽略以及老师的支持不当乃至有意无意的欺凌行为,更加深了他们的心理创伤,是创伤难愈的重要原因。抓住关键原因,有针对性地对他们进行后续干预,可以起到解锁作用。 Through the interview with the students who were identified as the focus of the general psychological test of the freshmen in a vocational college,it is found that about 10%of them have been bullied on campus in the stage of basic education.The follow-up interviews found that these students who have been bullied on cam⁃pus have different degrees of development of psychological trauma and psychological problems due to different individual attribution styles,coping styles and social support.However,what impresses them is not the bullying of their classmates,but the distrust and neglect of their parents,the improper support of teachers and even their intentional or unintentional bullying.It is the improper response of these important people in their lives that deepens their psychological trauma.It is an important reason why their trauma is difficult to heal.Grasping the key reasons and carrying out targeted follow-up intervention should play an unlocking role.
