摘要
目的探讨分段式微视频加实境教学在传染病防护技能培训中的应用效果。方法选择2021年护理部新成立的130名“传染病应急队”成员作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组在技能培训中心由技能培训老师按传统方法进行穿脱防护用品的示范教学;实验组在北院区定点医院隔离病区采用分段式微视频加实境教学。比较两组成员对培训的满意度及培训效果。结果对照组和实验组的防护技能考核成绩分别为(91.13±1.45)分和(94.01±1.75)分,实验组成员的考核成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.174,P<0.001)。两组成员对培训的满意率分别为90.48%和96.15%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=26.703,P<0.001)。结论分段式微视频加实境教学有利于提高传染病防护技能的培训效果。
Objective To explore the application effect of segmented micro-video combined with real-world teaching in the training of infectious disease protective skills.Methods A total of 130 members of the"Infectious Disease Emergency Team"newly established by the Ministry of Nursing in 2021 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.In the control group,the skill training teacher gave demonstration teaching of putting on and taking off protective equipment in the skill train⁃ing center according to the traditional method.In the experimental group,segmented micro-video combined with real-world teaching was used in the isolated ward of the designated hospital in the North Campus.The sat⁃isfaction and training effect of the two groups were compared.Results The protective skills assessment scores of the control group and the experimental group were(91.13±1.45)and(94.01±1.75),respectively.The test scores of the members of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the dif⁃ference was statistically significant(t=10.174,P<0.001).The satisfaction rates of the members of the two groups were 90.48%and 96.15%respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=26.703,P<0.001).Con⁃clusion The segmented micro-video combined with real-world teaching is conducive to improving the training effect of infectious disease protective skills.
