专科护理质量敏感指标在深静脉血栓患者中的应用

Application of Sensitive Index of Professional Nursing Quality in Patients with Deep Vein Thrombosis(DVT)

目的探讨血管外科专科护理质量敏感指标在深静脉血栓患者中的应用。方法选取泰州市人民医院血管外科2020年1月至2021年12月入院的下肢深静脉血栓患者128例,根据患者的住院时间分为对照组60例与研究组68例,在深静脉血栓下肢周径测量护理质量敏感监测指标的基础上,根据专家共识进行修订与完善,对照组60例患者按原有的专科护理质量敏感监测指标实施监测,研究组68例患者应用修订完善后的专科护理质量敏感监测指标实施监测,比较两组患者的测量工具及体位的规范率、定位及标记的正确率、测量及记录的准确率、专科护理质量及患者满意度。结果研究组和对照组深静脉血栓患者下肢周径测量工具及体位的规范率分别是98.6%和92.4%,定位及标记的正确率分别是96.4%和85.7%,测量及记录的准确率分别是97.2%和88.6%,专科护理质量分别是97.2和91.5,患者满意度分别是98.1%和90.8%。结论实施专科护理质量敏感监测指标不仅能够提高专科护理质量,还能提高患者对护理工作的满意度,提升护理水平。

Objective To explore the application of sensitive indexes of vascular surgical nursing quality in patients with deep venous thrombosis(DVT).Methods 128 patients with lower extremity DVT were selected as objects of study from the Vascular Surgery of Taizhou People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021.The ob⁃jects are divided into control group(60 patients)and study group(68 patients)according to the hospitalization time of patients.The nursing quality sensitive monitoring indexes of lower extremity circumference measure⁃ment of DVT are revised and improved according to the expert consensus.60 patients in the control group were monitored under the original nursing quality sensitive monitoring indexes,while the 68 patients in study group were monitored under the revised and improved nursing quality sensitive monitoring indexes.Parameters includ⁃ing the accuracy rates of measuring tools and body postures,the precision of location and marking,the exactness of measurement and recording,the quality of nursing and the patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results For the study group and control group,the accuracy rates of measuring tools and body pos⁃tures were 98.6%and 92.4%,the precision of location and marking were 96.4%and 85.7%,the exactness of mea⁃surement and recording were 97.2%and 88.6%,the quality of specialist care is 97.2 and 91.5 respectively,and pa⁃tient satisfaction is 98.1 and 90.8 respectively.Conclusions The implementation of sensitive monitoring index could not only improve the quality of nursing,but also improve the patients'satisfaction with the nursing work and enhance the overall standard of care.
