不同浓度GA3对切花郁金香“道琼斯”保鲜效果的影响

GA3 of Different Concentrations on Preservation Effect of Fresh Cut Tulipa “Dow Jones”

本文以切花郁金香“道琼斯”为试验材料,在基本配方(30 g/L蔗糖+200 mg/L 8-HQ)的基础上,研究1 mg/L GA_(3)、10 mg/L GA_(3)、100 mg/L GA_(3)、200 mg/L GA_(3)四种不同浓度赤霉素预处理液对郁金香“道琼斯”品种切花保鲜的不同效果。结果表明:与对照组相比,四组预处理液均提高了郁金香“道琼斯”的鲜重变化率,增长了花径和花苞高度,增强了细胞膜的稳定性,延长了瓶插寿命,且10 mg/LG A_(3)处理组效果最显著,增长了花径1.7 cm,花苞高度1.6 cm,使切花瓶插寿命最大值可达到9.5 d。

Using the fine cut Tulipa“Dow Jones”as experimental material.On the basis of the basic formula(30 g/Lsucrose+200 mg/L 8-HQ),the different effects of four different concentrations of gibberellin pretreatment solution,including 1 mg/L GA_(3),10 mg/L GA_(3),100 mg/L GA_(3) and 200 mg/L GA_(3) on the preservation of cut Tulipa“Dow Jones”were studied.Compared with the control group,the pretreatment solution of the four groups increased the fresh weight change rate of Tulipa“Dow Jones”,increased the diameter of flower and height of bud,enhanced the stability of cell membrane,prolonged the vase life.Among all groups,the effect of 10 mg/L GA_(3) treatment group was the most significant,which increased the diameter of flower bud by 1.7 cm,and the height of bud by 1.6 cm.The maximum vase life can reach 9.5 days.
