Thinking and Practice of Setting Up Temporary Party Organizations in Off-campus Internship Sites for Agriculture and Forestry Majors

在高校校外实习点成立临时党组织,具有很强的现实必要性和实践针对性,是实现“实习工作”与“学生党建”双赢的重要保证。本文分析了高校校外实习点大学生党员教育管理的矛盾问题,从机构任务、组织制度、活动内容、办法手段、监督检查、考核评议等6个方面提出了具体思路举措。

The establishment of temporary party organizations in internship sites outside colleges and universities has strong practical necessity and practical pertinence.It is an important guarantee for achieving a win-win situation between "internship work" and "student party building".This article analyzes the contradictions in the education and management of party members among college students in off-campus internship sites,and proposes specific ideas and measures from six aspects,including institutional tasks,organizational systems,activity content,methods,supervision and inspection,and evaluation.
