MPA课程案例教学有效性提升研究——以地方政府学为例

摘要 案例教学法是MPA课程大力倡导的教学方法,但在教学实践中,其受诸多因素的制约,导致案例教学实施效果不佳,学生实践与创新能力难以得到有效提升。为提升MPA课程案例教学的有效性,本文以地方政府学为例,从教学案例选择与设计、案例编写能力提升、案例教学组织与流程优化等方面展开研究,使案例教学更高效、更科学,进而提升课程教学质量,实现培养高素质人才的目标。 Case teaching method is a teaching method vigorously advocated by MPA curriculum,but in teaching practice,restricted by many factors,the implementation of case teaching is not good,and it is difficult to effectively improve students’ practice and innovation ability.In order to improve the effectiveness of MPA course case teaching,this paper takes Local Government as an example,and conducts research from the aspects of teaching case selection and design,case writing ability improvement,case teaching organization and process optimization,so as to make case teaching more efficient and scientific,improve the quality of course teaching and achieve the goal of cultivating high-quality talents.
