高校在人才培养过程中不同程度存在党的政治引领作用发挥不够、育人工作系统性不强、党建工作与人才培养结合松散等问题。Y大学以党建为统揽,着力提升党建工作与人才培养的融合度,通过构建党建体系与育人体系深度融合的创新模式,建立系统化协同共育创新机制,实施党建与人才培养双融双促的创新实践,从而实现学校党建工作水平和人才培养质量的整体提升。因此,高校需要坚持系统化思维,促进顶层设计与组织实施相贯通;运用聚合化方法,推动育人主体与育人资源相协同;实施特色化路径,实现党建工作与人才培养相融合,以高质量党建引领高等教育事业高质量发展。

There are some problems in the process of talent training in colleges and universities, such as the insufficient political leading role of the Party, the lack of systematic education work, the lack of close combination of party building and talent training. Y University takes Party building as its main task and focuses on improving the integration of Party building and talent training. Through the construction of the innovation mode of deep integration of the Party building system and the education system, a systematic collaborative and coeducation innovation mechanism is established to implement the innovative practice of double integration and double promotion of promoting Party building and personnel training, so as to realize the school level and talent training quality of the Party construction. Colleges and universities should insist on systematic thinking and promote the connection between top-level design and organizational implementation. The cooperation between educational subject and resource should be promoted by using aggregation method. Characteristic path should be carried out to realize the integration of Party building and talent training, and lead the high-quality development of higher education with high-quality Party building.
