蠲痹解凝汤联合针刀松解治疗风寒湿痹型肩关节周围炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Juanbi Jiening Tang Combined with Needle Knife Lysis for Periarthritis of Shoulder of Wind-Cold Fixed Impediment Type

目的:观察蠲痹解凝汤联合针刀松解治疗风寒湿痹型肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。方法:采用随机数字表法将90例风寒湿痹型肩关节周围炎患者分为治疗组与对照组各45例。对照组给予塞来昔布胶囊治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予蠲痹解凝汤联合针刀松解治疗。比较2组治疗前后Constant-Murley评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、中医证候积分;比较2组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组VAS评分、中医证候积分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),ConstantMurley评分升高(P<0.05),且治疗组上述指标改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:蠲痹解凝汤联合针刀松解治疗风寒湿痹型肩关节周围炎疗效显著,能够有效改善患者肩关节功能,缓解疼痛。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Juanbi Jiening tang combined with needle knife lysis for periarthritis of shoulder of wind-cold fixed impediment type.Methods:A total of 90 cases of patients with periarthritis of shoulder of wind-cold fixed impediment type were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with celecoxib capsules,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Juanbi Jiening tang combined with needle knife lysis based on the treatment of the control group.Before and after treatment,scores of Constant-Murley,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),and Chinese medicine syndrome were compared between the two groups.Clinical effects and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS scores and Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and Constant-Murley scores were increased(P<0.05),and the improvement of above three indexes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Juanbi Jiening tang combined with needle knife lysis has a significant curative effect in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder of wind-cold fixed impediment type,and can effectively improve shoulder joint function and relieve pain.
