苦参止痒汤联合西药治疗肛周湿疹临床疗效及对瘙痒症状、生活质量评分的影响

Clinical Effect of Kushen Zhiyang Tang Combined with Western Medicine for Eczema of Anus and Its Effect on Scores of Pruritus and Quality of Life

目的:观察苦参止痒汤联合西药治疗肛周湿疹患者的临床效果及对瘙痒症状与生活质量评分的影响。方法:选取102例肛周湿疹患者为研究对象,随机设为观察组与对照组各51例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用苦参止痒汤治疗。比较2组临床效果及治疗前后瘙痒程度、症状评分及生活质量。结果:观察组总有效率94.12%,高于对照组74.51%(P<0.05)。与同组治疗前比较,治疗后2组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、症状评分及皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)各项评分均降低(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,观察组治疗后VAS评分、症状评分及DLQI各项评分均较低(P<0.05)。结论:采用苦参止痒汤联合西药治疗肛周湿疹患者,能够获得较好的临床效果,改善患者瘙痒情况,提升其生活质量。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Kushen Zhiyang tang combined with western medicine for eczema of anus and its effect on scores of pruritus and quality of life.Methods:A total of 102 cases of patients with eczema of anus were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,and the observation group was additionally treated with Kushen Zhiyang tang based on the treatment of the control group.The degrees and symptom scores of pruritus and the quality of life before and after treatment,and the clinical effects in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 94.12%in the observation group,higher than that of 74.51%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),symptoms and Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI)in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of VAS,symptoms and DLQI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kushen Zhiyang tang combined with western medicine for eczema of anus can gain better clinical effect,and improve the pruritus and quality of life.
