摘要 针对钢混叠合梁在复杂水域采用传统架桥机无法进行互通桥跨上部结构钢梁架设、钢梁组装效率不高、翼缘板支撑架安装困难、桥面板支模缺乏相应固定措施等一系列问题,结合临金高速公路临安至建德段工程第4标段,对复杂水域大跨度型钢预制板钢混叠合梁施工技术进行研究,重点介绍了技术原理、工艺流程、操作要点以及所取得的效益等内容。应用表明,采用本技术,钢板拼装速度快,单元件无需搭设临时支撑,可直接整体吊装,受水流影响小,混凝土支模速度快,用钢量少,取得了较好的技术和经济效益。 For steel composite beams in complex waters,traditional bridge erection machines cannot be used to erect steel beams of the upper structure of the inter-bridge span.The assembly efficiency of steel beams is not high,and the flange plate support frame is difficult to install,The bridge deck formwork lacks corresponding fixing measures.In this paper,construction technology of large-span section steel prefabricated steel composite beams in complex waters was studied combined with the fourth bid section of the Lin'an-Jiande section of Linjin Expressway focusing on the technical principle,process flow operation,and the benefits obtained.The application shows that the steel plate assembly speed of this technology is fast,the single component does not need to erect temporary supports,and it is directly hoisted as a whole,which is less affected by water flow,and the speed of concrete formwork is fast.Fair technology and economic benefits were realized.
