脑胶质瘤病人血浆miR-9-3p的变化及其与病人临床预后的关系

Relationship between plasma level of miR-9-3p and survical pronosis of patients with glioma

目的探讨脑胶质瘤病人血浆miR-9-3p的变化及临床意义。方法选取2016年3月1日至2019年3月1日收治的脑胶质瘤42例,另选20例同期健康查体者为对照,用RT-PCR法检测血浆miR-9-3p水平。42例脑胶质瘤术后随访24~60个月,记录生存情况;以血浆miR-9-3p平均值为准,分为低表达和高表达。结果脑胶质瘤病人血浆miR-9-3p水平明显降低(P<0.05),多因素Cox分析显示,血浆miR-9-3P低表达是脑胶质瘤病人不良生存预后的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。生存曲线分析显示,miR-9-3p低表达脑胶质瘤病人中位总生存期较高表达病人明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论人脑胶质瘤血浆miR-9-3p表达下调,与病人不良生存预后密切相关。

Objective To explore the relationship between plasma level of miR-9-3p and survical pronosis of patients with glioma.Methods The plasma level of miR-9-3p of 42 glioma patients and 20 health people(control group) were detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR.The glioma patients were followed up for 24~60 months after operation,and their survival was recorded.According to the mean level of plasma miR-9-3p,the glioma patients were divided into low expression and high expression groups.Results The plasma level of miR-9-3p of glioma patients was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Multivariate Cox analysis showed that the low expression of plasma miR-9-3P was an independent risk factor for poor survival prognosis of glioma patients(P<0.05).Survival curve analysis showed that the median overall survival time of glioma patients in low expression group was significantly shorter than that of the glioma patients in high expression group(P<0.05).Conclusions The plasma miR-9-3p is down-regulated in human gliomas,Which is closely related to the poor survival prognosis of glioma patients.
