Discussion on key issues in structural assessment of existing building

针对当前既有建筑结构鉴定中存在的问题,系统梳理并讨论了既有建筑的内涵、鉴定标准与新建标准的区别和联系、随机抽样、计量与计数抽样、材料标准值、安全性鉴定与抗震鉴定、基于历史性能的评估等关键问题,为专业技术人员进一步理解和应用鉴定标准提供借鉴。

With regard to the problems existed in the structural assessment of existing building,some key issues were discussed including the connotation of existing building,the relationship and difference between assessment and construction standards,the random sampling,measuring sampling and counting sampling,the standard value of materials,the safety assessment and seismic assessment,the historical performance based assessment.Based upon the points discussed above,some references would be provided to the professional and technical person in further understanding and adopting the assessment standards.
