摘要
高等学校每年都会组织对各级干部进行年终工作测评,通过精确、科学的测评反映被测对象的整体工作情况,进而影响各级干部的选拔、任用和培养。针对传统干部测评中存在的问题,设计一个基于Redis缓存的高并发Web处级干部测评系统,描述了系统的用例、界面设计、类设计和接口设计,提高干部测评的工作效率和效果。
Every year,colleges and universities organize year-end work evaluation of cadres at all levels.Through accurate and scientific evaluation,the overall work situation of the tested objects is reflected,which further affects the selection,appointment and training of cadres at all levels.In view of the problems existing in the traditional cadre evaluation,a High Concurrency Web department level cadre evaluation system based on Redis cache is designed.The use case,interface design,class design and interface design of the system are described to improve the work efficiency and effect of cadre evaluation.
