摘要
针对目前使用手工机械测量煤矿巷道断面得到的数据测量精度较差,以及现有巷道断面监测设计中未能较好实现实时监测和预报功能等问题,提出了一种基于激光测距传感器和STM32单片机的巷道断面自动监测的硬件设计方案。通过控制步进电机的旋转带动激光测距传感器得到巷道断面的测距值,各断面测点之间数据通过CAN总线进行组网,同时硬件设计增设了电源保护及报警单元模块,能够较好实现故障预警的功能。
Aiming at the problems of poor data measurement accuracy obtained by using manual machinery to measure the coal mine roadway section at present and the real-time monitoring and prediction function cannot be better realized in the existing roadway section monitoring design,a hardware design scheme of roadway section automatic monitoring based on Laser Distance Sensor and STM32 Single-Chip Microcomputer is proposed.The Laser Distance Sensor is driven by controlling the rotation of the stepping motor to obtain the ranging value of the roadway section.The data between the measuring points of each section is networked through the CAN bus.At the same time,the hardware design adds the power protection and alarm unit module,which can better realize the function of fault early warning.
