Application of Electronic Information Intellectualization in Smart Water Conservancy

“智慧水利”建设是我国一项重要的民生工程,而电子信息智能化在提高智慧水利方面有着重要作用。文章结合实际情况分析智慧水利的总体框架,从水系物联监测站、智慧水利应用平台、流域水环境、数字防汛综合应用、水库信息化管理、水利物联感知采集管理、智慧水利移动应用管理、统一管理维护、水利数据资源等系统构建电子信息智能化,解决水利信息化中的碎片化和信息孤岛问题,促进水利信息化提档升级。

The construction of “smart water conservancy” is an important livelihood project in China,and the electronic information intellectualization plays an important role in the aspect of improving smart water conservancy.This paper analyzes the overall framework of smart water conservancy in combination with the actual situation,and constructs electronic information intellectualization from the systems of water system IoT monitoring station,smart water conservancy application platform,watershed water environment,digital flood control integrated application,reservoir information management,water conservancy IoT sensing and collection management,smart water conservancy mobile application management,unified management and maintenance,water conservancy data resources and so on,so as to solve the problems of fragmentation and information island in water conservancy information and promote the upgrading of water conservancy information.
