摘要
以轨道车辆转向架结构为例,针对轨道车辆不同编组结构相似、重用率高以及生产现场精细化管理的特点,综合考虑轨道车辆生产线布局,基于西门子Teamcenter平台,构建了直接应用三维数字化设计模型、面向生产现场工位作业单元的三维工艺设计平台,打通了设计、工艺、现场全数字化精细化管理过程,提高工艺设计效率,缩短产品生产周期,提高了企业产品竞争力。
Taking the Bogie structure of rail vehicles as an example,considering the layout of the production line of rail vehicles,based on Siemens Teamcenter platform,this paper analyzes the characteristics of different marshalling structures of rail vehicles,such as similar structure,high reuse rate and meticulous management on the production site,a 3D process design platform is constructed,which directly applies the 3D digital design model and faces to the production site operation unit,gets through the design,process and on-site full digital and refined management process,improves the efficiency of process design,shortens product production cycle,and improves the competitiveness of enterprise products.
