摘要
在社会用电规模不断扩大的同时,如何安全、高效地开展电网现场作业成为电力企业重点关注的问题。文章对电网现场作业可视化监督平台的建设要点展开分析,内容包括Android系统及其框架、合理的编码模式、流媒体数据传输系统、远程可视化管控终端、现场视频监控套件等,同时对整个平台的实现过程和工作成效进行整理,以此来积累相应的工作经验,为后期平台的完善与优化奠定良好的基础。
While the scale of social electricity consumption continues to expand,how to carry out on-site operation of the power grid safely and efficiently has become a problem that power companies need to focus on.This paper analyzes the key points of the construction of a visual supervision platform for power grid field operations,including Android system and its framework,reasonable encoding modes,streaming media data transmission system,remote visual control terminal,on-site video monitoring suite,etc.At the same time,the implementation process and work results of the whole platform are sorted out,so as to accumulate corresponding work experience and lay a good foundation for the improvement and optimization of the platform in the later stage.
