摘要
当前系统在空气压缩机自动控制应用中存在鲁棒性较差,且数据传输性能较差的问题,为此,提出基于PLC的空气压缩机自动控制系统设计,文章分别从硬件和软件两部分进行分析研究。经实验证明,设计系统在超负载条件下死机时间短于传统系统,数据传输速率高于传统系统,系统的鲁棒性和数据传输性能优于传统系统,在空气压缩机自动控制方面具有良好的应用前景。
The current system has problems of poor robustness and poor data transmission performance in the application of automatic control for air compressors.For this reason,the design of automatic control system for air compressors based on PLC is proposed.The paper analyzes and researches two parts of the hardware and software respectively.It has been proved by experiments that the designed system has a shorter dead time than the traditional system under overload conditions,and the data transmission rate is higher than that of the traditional system.It has a good application prospect in the automatic control for air compressor.
