新结构秩序的诞生:基于疫情中隔离社群的网络互动研究

The Birth of a New Structural Order:A Study of Online Interaction Based on"Isolated Communities"During the CoVID-19 Pandemic

疫情防控中隔离社群的网络交互催生出一种新的结构秩序:重建附近图景、再造权力主体、重构交互秩序。本文作者以参与式观察的“局内人”视角,介入所在城市全域静默期间隔离社群的网络传播活动。研究发现隔离社群在网络交互中对已消失“附近”的空间性、社会性、情感性进行重新统合与再体认,并借助防疫政策、媒介技术以及地缘关系被动或主动结成“社区网络防疫共同体”,且在交流互动中呈现“一切人爱一切人,一切人反对一切人”的撕裂状态。在社区成为“防疫孤岛”后,社区网格员、街道管理者、社区志愿者、物资供应者等从隔离社群脱颖而出,重组权力结构,并成为规训隔离社群网络交互秩序与现实时空秩序的新权力主体。

The online interaction of isolated communities in COVID-19 prevention and control has spawned a new structural order:the reconstruction of the nearby picture,the power subjects and the interaction order.From the perspective of an"insider"of participatory observation,the author intervenes in the online communication activities of isolated communities during the silence of the whole city.It is found that isolated communities reintegrate and re-recognize the spatial,social,and emotional aspects of the"nearby"that have disappeared.The isolated communities passively or actively form a"network epidemic prevention community"with the help of epidemic prevention policies,media technologies and geographical relations,and present a torn state of"all people love all people,all people oppose all people"in the communication and interaction.After the community became an"isolated island of epidemic prevention",community grid workers,stret managers,community volunteers,and material suppliers emerged from the isolated community,and reorganized the power structure,became the new power subjects to discipline the interaction order of the isolated community network and the real spatiotemporal order.
