摘要
介绍了武汉方正金融中心项目冷热源、风系统、水系统的设计方案,分析了办公区域高效制冷机房的具体技术措施。通过比较不同方案的系统能效和经济性,最终确定办公区域采用低温送风全空气变风量(VAV)系统,其中空调内区为单风道型VAV,外区为热水再热盘管并联型风机动力型变风量末端(FPB);商业区域单独设置冷源,空调水系统采用外区两管制、内区四管制的分区四管制系统。过渡季和冬季通过冷却塔供冷,降低系统运行费用。
This paper presents the design scheme of the cold and heat sources,air system and water system of Wuhan Founder Financial Center project,and analyses the specific technical measures of the high-efficiency refrigerating plant room in the office area.By comparing the system energy efficiency and economy of different schemes,the office area is finally determined to adopt the low-temperature air supply all-air variable air volume(VAV) system.The inner area adopts the single air channel type VAV,and the outer area adopts the hot water reheating coil parallel type fan power box terminal.The commercial area is equipped with a separate cold source,and the air conditioning water system adopts a zoning four-pipe system with two pipes in the outer area and four pipes in the inner area.Cooling tower is used in transition season and winter to reduce the operating cost of the system.
