基于不粘锅涂层材料的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 “不粘锅”的问世给人们的生活带来了很大方便,使人们不必再担心烧焦粘锅现象。根据不粘锅涂层种类的不同,可分为氟聚合物树脂涂层、陶瓷涂层、无涂层物理不粘锅,可通过对不粘锅表面进行改性处理以提高不粘性能。此外,还可通过其他工艺改性以达到抗菌、美观及提高传热等性能。本文根据不粘锅涂层种类的研究现状,重点概述不同不粘锅涂层的性能及影响。并为具体不粘锅的选择提供参考。
