面向图书情报专业硕士的数据素养能力评价指标体系构建

Research on Data Literacy Ability Evaluation Index System for Master of Library and Information Studies

[目的/意义]大数据环境对图书情报专业硕士数据素养提出更高的要求,目前已有的评价体系缺乏针对性,因此构建面向图书情报专业硕士的数据素养能力评价体系显得尤为必要和紧迫。[方法/过程]在分析国内外数据素养研究现状基础上,围绕我国图书情报专业硕士数据素养能力培养现状进行分析,按照“学生中心、成果导向、持续改进”的教育理念,从数据意识、数据知识、数据能力和数据伦理4个层面构建我国图书情报专业硕士的数据素养能力评价体系,形成以制定评价目标、选取评价指标、实施评价过程和反馈与改进的闭环。[结果/结论]最终构建了由4个一级指标和18个二级指标组成的评价指标体系,并针对学生、教师、管理部门三个群体分别给出应用建议,为有效提升图书情报专业硕士的数据素养提供科学依据。

[Purpose/significance] The big data environment puts forward higher requirements for the data literacy of master of library and information studies(MLIS),while the current evaluation system lacks pertinence.Therefore,it is particularly necessary and urgent to build a data literacy ability evaluation system for MLIS.[Method/process] This paper analyzes the current status of data literacy research at home and abroad,focusing on the analysis of the current status of data literacy ability training for MLIS in China.Then,this paper builds a data literacy ability evaluation system for MLIS from data awareness,data knowledge,data ability,and data ethics according to the educational philosophy of students-centred,result-oriented,and continuous improvement.Moreover,a closed loop of formulating evaluation goals,selecting evaluation indicators,implementing evaluation processes,and feedback and improvement is studied.[Result/conclusion] Finally,an evaluation index system composed of 4 first-level indicators and 18 second-level indicators is constructed,and application suggestions are given at the three groups of students,teachers,and management departments,which can provide a scientific basis for the improving the data literacy of MLIS.
