技术知识扩散视角下核心专利识别方法研究 被引量:12

摘要 [目的/意义]分析核心专利的特点与技术发展的内在逻辑规律,尝试以技术知识扩散理论解释并构建领域核心专利识别模型,从技术发展的角度完善专利价值评价与核心专利识别的方法。[方法/过程]以技术发展规律为基础,构建专利进化模型,并以此构建专利技术知识扩散视角下领域核心专利识别模型,选取疫苗制备技术领域进行实证研究。[结果/结论]依据模型识别出的专利既包含了大量的高被引专利,也包含了虽然直接被引频词不高但却具备基础性质的部分重要专利,核心专利的分布存在“双峰”分布特点。实验证明从技术知识扩散视角构建的领域核心专利识别模型是可行且有效的。[局限]外部因素对技术发展的影响以及更长引证链中专利技术知识前后的一致性均有待进一步研究。 [Purpose/significance] By analyzing the characteristics of core patents and the inherent logic law of technology development,this paper tried to explain and construct the recognition model of domain core patents with the theory of technological knowledge diffusion,and perfect the method of patent value evaluation and core patent recognition from the perspective of technology development.[Method/process] Based on the law of technology development,the patent evolution model was constructed,and the domain core patent identification model was constructed from the perspective of patent technology knowledge diffusion,and the vaccine preparation technology field was selected for empirical study.[Result/conclusion] The patents identified by the model included not only a large number of highly cited patents,but also some important patents with basic quality despite the low frequency of directly cited words.The distribution of core patents has the characteristic of “hump” distribution.The experiment proved that the domain-core patent recognition model constructed from the perspective of technological knowledge diffusion was feasible and effective.[Limitations] The influence of external factors on technological development and the consistency of patented technical knowledge in longer citation chains needed to be further studied.
