基于CiteSpace的卫生统计研究进展及趋势分析

CiteSpace-based Research Progress and Trend Analysis of Health Statistics

文章基于WOS核心数据库,利用CiteSpace文献计量软件分析了卫生统计研究的国家及机构分布、研究热点与演进趋势。结果表明:领域内研究人员的产出逐年增长;美国发文量与发文机构数量均为第一,欧洲国家与中国的国际合作影响力较高,且合作关系多建立于2018—2020年;研究热点以卫生服务管理、保健、疾病预防与健康护理为主,居民与弱势群体的健康风险预估与防范、卫生服务供需、电子医疗体系的建立与完善、医疗资源的配置与优化等方面成为近年来主要的研究趋势;研究方法日趋完善,大数据与跨学科研究方法的运用逐渐多样化。

Based on the core database of WOS,this paper uses CiteSpace bibliometrics software to analyze the distribution of countries and institutions,research hotspots and evolution trends of health statistics research.The results are shown as follows:The output of researchers in the field has been increasing year by year.The United States ranks first in both the number of publications and the number of publishing institutions;the influence of international cooperation between European countries and China is relatively great,and most of the cooperation relationships were established from 2018 to 2020.The research hotspots are mainly health service management,disease prevention and health care;Health risk prediction and prevention of residents and vulnerable groups,supply and demand of health services,establishment and improvement of electronic medical system,allocation and optimization of medical resources have become the main research trends in recent years.Research methods are gradually improved,and the application of big data and interdisciplinary research methods is gradually diversified.
