数字服务业能否助力推进共同富裕?——基于解决发展不平衡问题的视角

Can the Digital Service Industry Promote Common Prosperity?——Based on the Perspective of Addressing the Problem of Unbalanced Development

当前数字经济已然成为推动我国经济高质量发展的重要引擎,对推进均衡共享发展的影响也日益引起关注,但从解决发展不平衡问题的视角探讨数字服务业对推进共同富裕影响的研究却较为匮乏。本文利用2008—2019年中国285个地级市的面板数据,从数字产业视角探讨数字服务业对作为共同富裕重要战略路径之一的协调性均衡发展,是否存在影响以及如何影响。研究发现:数字服务业发展对推动协调性均衡发展具有显著的积极影响,但效应显现具有一定的滞后性;数字服务业发展通过促进创新技术和成果扩散间接推动协调性均衡发展;数字服务业包括数字应用服务业及数字技术服务业,对协调性均衡发展的影响呈现明显正向“边际效应”递增的非线性特征。

At present,the digital economy has become an important engine for promoting the high-quality development of my country’s economy,and its impact on the promotion of balanced and shared development has attracted increasing attention.However,there is a lack of research on the impact of digital service industry on promoting common prosperity from the perspective of solving the problem of unbalanced development.Using the panel data of 285 prefecture level cities in China from 2008 to 2019,the paper discusses whether and how the digital service industry affects the coordinated and balanced development as one of the important strategic paths of common prosperity from the perspective of digital industry.The study found that the development of digital service industry has a significant positive impact on promoting coordinated and balanced development,but the effect is lagging behind;The development of digital service industry indirectly promotes the coordinated and balanced development by promoting the diffusion of innovative technology and achievements;The impact of digital service industry,including digital application service industry and digital technology service industry,on the coordinated and balanced development shows an obvious nonlinear characteristic of increasing positive“marginal effect”.
