摘要
目的分析健康人体内HCoV(人新型冠状病毒)特异性中和抗体与SARS-CoV-2(严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2号)特异性中和抗体滴度的相关性。方法将自愿参组的7位健康志愿者作为研究对象,采用ELISA法检测健康志愿者体内HCoV特异性中和抗体及SARS-CoV-2特异性中和抗体滴度;采用方差分析及t检验分析了不同病毒的特异性中和抗体滴度之间的差异,同时采用线性拟合分析了不同中和抗体之间的相关性。结果健康志愿者体内HCoV特异性中和抗体滴度明显高于SARS-CoV-2特异性中和抗体(P<0.0001),且HCoV-HKU1(人冠状病毒HKU1株)特异性中和抗体与SARS-CoV-2特异性中和抗体之间存在正相关性(P<0.05)。结论健康志愿者体内HCoV特异性中和抗体与SARS-CoV-2特异性中和抗体存在正相关,提示HCoV感染可能对SARS-CoV-2具有抗体交叉反应。
This study was performed to analyze the relation between HCoV-specific neutralizing antibody(NAbs)and SARS-CoV-2-specific Nabs in healthy donor.Seven healthy donors were introduced in this project.ELISA was used to test the titers of HCoV-specific Nabs and SARS-CoV-2-specific Nabs in healthy donors;variance analysis and t test were applied to analyze the difference of titers between different Nabs,also linear fitting was performed to explain the relation between various Nabs.Data showed that the titers of HCoV-specific Nabs were significantly higher than those of SARS-CoV-2-specific Nabs(P<0.0001)and the titer of HCoV-HKU1 Nab showed positive relation to SARS-CoV-2 Nabs(P<0.05).Taken together,the titers of HCoV-specific Nabs and SARS-CoV-2-specific Nabs are positively related,suggesting the antibody generated from HCoV infection may have cross reaction with SARS-CoV-2.
