基于适老化原则的传统村落活化更新设计策略研究

Research on Aging Principle based Activation and Renewal Design Strategy of Traditional Villages

传统村落的改造不能只是复制粘贴的形态建设,更不能采用城市更新的模式过于城市化,而应基于传统村落的文化底蕴与乡土气息,依托当地社会经济发展情况,挖掘并激发该村落的潜在价值,以此实现对传统村落的活化更新。以江苏省传统村落徐州市大彭镇王楼村为例,基于适老化原则,从宏观、中观、微观三个层次提出传统村落活化更新的设计策略,以期在老龄化背景下,探寻面向适老化的更新设计思路与方法,为传统村落活化更新提供有价值的理论和实践借鉴。

Traditional village renovation can’t just copy and paste the form of traditional buildings.It is not allowed to adopt the mode of urban renewal,which is very urbanization.Based on the cultural heritage and local flavor of traditional villages,and relying on the local social and economic development,we should explore and stimulate the potential value of the villages,so as to realize the activation and renewal of traditional villages.Taking the traditional village-Wanglou Village of Dapeng town in Xuzhou City of Jiangsu province as an example,the research proposes the design strategy of traditional village activation and renewal from the macro,meso and micro levels,which is based on the aging principle.The research expects to explore the ideas and methods of renewal design for aging people under the background of aging,which can provide valuable theoretical and practical reference for the activation and renewal of traditional villages.
