摘要
为解决当前市政给排水工程施工中地表沉降过大、经济效益不高的问题,开展市政给排水工程非开挖顶管施工技术分析研究。通过设置顶管施工导向轨迹、顶管材料选择与焊接、防腐处理、非开挖顶管顶进施工、洞口止水处理,提出一种全新的施工技术。通过将新的施工技术应用到实际市政给排水工程项目中证明,新技术可促进经济效益的提升,并实现对地表沉降的有效控制。
In order to solve the problems of excessive surface settlement and low economic benefit in the construction of municipal water supply and drainage engineering, the analysis and Research on trenchless pipe jacking construction technology of municipal water supply and drainage engineering are carried out. A new construction technology is proposed by setting the guide track of pipe jacking construction, selection and welding of pipe jacking materials, anti-corrosion treatment, trenchless pipe jacking construction and water stop treatment at the entrance. By applying the new construction technology to the actual municipal water supply and drainage project, it is proved that the new technology can promote the improvement of economic benefits and realize the effective control of surface subsidence.
