摘要
为促进市政路桥工程整体建设质量提升,针对当前市政路桥建设项目中预应力施工的伸长率偏差过大,影响施工质量的问题,开展对这一施工技术的重点研究。通过预应力张拉施工、钢筋预留管道施工、智能压浆施工,提出一种全新的施工技术。通过实例证明,新的施工技术应用后,伸长率偏差得到有效控制,市政路桥整体的建设水平得到提升,促使工程质量的进一步提高。
In order to promote the overall construction quality of municipal road and bridge projects, focusing on the problem that the elongation deviation of prestressed construction in the current municipal road and bridge construction projects is too large and affects the construction quality, the key research on this construction technology is carried out. A new construction technology is put forward through prestressed tension construction, steel bar reserved pipeline construction and intelligent grouting construction. It is proved by examples that after the application of the new construction technology, the elongation deviation is effectively controlled,the overall construction level of municipal roads and bridges is improved, and the project quality is further improved.
