摘要
为实现对高速桥梁底部表面缺陷问题的检测,开展对其自动检测应用技术研究。在明确自动检测在高速桥梁维护的重要意义基础上,通过高速桥梁底部表面缺陷图像获取、去噪与分割处理;缺陷图像的形态学处理;缺陷的自动测量与尺寸计算,提出一种全新的自动检测方法。通过实例应用证明,新的检测方法在应用到实际高速桥梁中可实现对其底部表面缺陷问题的检测,并保证检测结果的精度,为高速桥梁运行维护提供重要依据。
In order to realize the detection of the bottom surface defects of high-speed bridges, the application technology of automatic detection is studied. Based on the importance of automatic detection in the maintenance of high-speed bridges, the image acquisition, denoising and segmentation of surface defects at the bottom of high-speed bridges are carried out;Morphological processing of defect image;Automatic measurement and size calculation of defects, a new automatic detection method is proposed. The application of the example shows that the new detection method can realize the detection of the bottom surface defects of the high-speed bridge when applied to the actual high-speed bridge, and ensure the accuracy of the detection results, providing an important basis for the operation and maintenance of the high-speed bridge.
