摘要
倒塔是电网的灾难,当这种灾难来临时,如何在受灾后第一时间快速完成电网的应急抢修,是每一位电网人时刻都在考虑的难题。目前国内在用的电力杆塔以材料划分主可分为角钢塔、钢管塔、混凝土塔、铝合金塔等等,这些杆塔的应用大都已经20年有余,很多问题也逐渐暴漏,存在一定的安全隐患,一旦遇到极端天气,很容易发生倒塔、断杆事故,事故发生后由于缺乏有效的抢修手段,很难在短时间内完成杆塔的抢修,会给社会经济发展及工农业生产造成重大影响。
