基于PSR模型和熵权法的临沂市城市土地集约利用评价

Evaluation of Urban Land Intensive Use in Linyi City Based on PSR Model and Entropy Power Method

以临沂市为具体研究对象,采用PSR模型构建了针对该市的土地集约利用评价体系。在分析评价的过程之中首先对收集到的数据进行了标准化处理,然后采用熵权法对各个指标因子的权重进行了准确的计算,最终实现了对临沂市2015-2019年之间土地集约利用情况的定量研究,并取得了以下研究成果:一是临沂市土地集约利用整体上呈现了稳步提升的态势。衡量土地集约利用指数的压力指标指数呈现了先增长后降低的发展趋势,状态指标、响应指标则保持了增长的态势;二是尽管临沂市2015-2019年之间土地集约利用呈现上升的趋势,但是土地利用依旧处于粗放利用阶段,需要进一步强化集约程度。

The PSR model is used to construct an evaluation system of land use intensification for Linyi city. In the process of analysis and evaluation, the collected data were firstly standardized, and then the weights of each index factor were accurately calculated using the entropy weighting method, and finally a quantitative study of the intensive land use in Linyi city between 2015 and 2019 was achieved, and the following research results were obtained: first, the intensive land use in Linyi city as a whole showed a steady improvement. The pressure indicator index, which measures the land intensive use index, shows a development trend of first growth and then decrease, while the status indicator and response indicator maintain a growth trend;second, although the land intensive use in Linyi City shows an increasing trend between 2015 and 2019, the land use is still at the stage of rough use, and the degree of intensive use needs to be further strengthened.
