摘要
采用纯水及异辛烷、环己烷、氯苯、1-溴代萘4种有机试剂为原料,制备了系列的折射率溶液标准物质,结果表明,制备后的均匀性和稳定性符合要求。并对定值结果进行了不确定度分析。纯水及异辛烷、环己烷、氯苯、1-溴代萘折射率溶液标准物质的合成不确定度分别为U=7.26×10^(-5)nD(k=2)、U=6.92×10^(-5)nD(k=2)、U=7.38×10^(-5)nD(k=2)、U=7.15×10^(-5)nD(k=2)、U=7.41×10^(-5)nD(k=2),结果分别表示为(1.332993±0.000073)nD、(1.391658±0.000070)nD、(1.426628±0.000074)nD、(1.524585±0.000072)nD、(1.657950±0.000074)nD。
A series of solution refractive index standard substances were prepared by using pure water,organic reagents which including isooctane,cyclohexane,chlorobenzene and 1-bromonaphthalene as raw materials.The results showed that the uniformity and stability after preparation met the requirements.The uncertainty of the fixed value results was analyzed.The combined uncertainties of pure water and isooctane,cyclohexane,chlorobenzene,1-bromonaphthalene solution refractive index standard substances areU=7.26×10^(-5)nD(k=2)、U=6.92×10^(-5)nD(k=2)、U=7.38×10^(-5)nD(k=2)、U=7.15×10^(-5)nD(k=2)、U=7.41×10^(-5)nD(k=2).The results are expressed as(1.332993±0.000073)nD、(1.391658±0.000070)nD、(1.426628±0.000074)nD、(1.524585±0.000072)nD、(1.657950±0.000074)nD.
