摘要
教学模式是教学活动的稳定结构形式。优质的教学模式,具有理论依据、教学目标、教学程序、辅助条件、教学效果评价等五个要素;具有整体性、模板性、可操作性、相对稳定性、灵活性、多样性。构建并使用优质的教学模式,可以提高教学活动的可控性和熟练性,保证教学效果,能够促进教师提升理论水平,反思教学经验,提炼教育规律。模仿和尝试、总结和定型、优化和更新,是优质教学模式构建的基本路径。通过这条路径,教师获得专业成长。
Teaching mode is a stable structure of teaching activities.The high-quality teaching mode has five elements:theoretical basis,teaching objectives,teaching procedures,auxiliary conditions,teaching effect evaluation.It has integrity,template,operability,relative stability,flexibility and diversity.The construction and use of high-quality teaching mode can improve the controllability and proficiency of teaching activities,ensure the teaching effect,promote teachers to improve the theoretical level,reflect on teaching experience,and refine the law of education.Imitation and attempt,summary and finalization,optimization and renewal are the basic paths to build a high-quality teaching mode.Through this process,teachers get professional growth.
