高压开关设备智能组件电磁抗干扰方法研究

摘要 高压开关设备智能组件在变电站复杂电磁场环境中,存在电磁干扰影响网络通信、数据交换、系统信息处理的问题。从电路设计和电磁屏蔽两个方面,进行了电磁抗干扰技术的分析。分析了电容、电阻、电感等主要电路基本元件的选型方法,并根据电路不同功能单元电磁兼容问题的特点,提出了电源、控制单元、放大器等典型单元的设计原则。从电磁干扰的机理出发,通过结构材料的选择和装配中所用的设计技术两个方面分析了屏蔽抗干扰和机壳设计方法。借助信号完整性仿真和计算的工具,以塑壳断路器监控单元的设计为例,验证了合理布置去耦电容的有效性。提出的电磁抗干扰方法,能较好地解决智能组件的电磁兼容问题,有较好的推广应用价值。 In the complex electromagnetic field environment of the substation, the intelligent components of high-voltage switchgear have problems that electromagnetic interference affects network communication, data exchange and system information processing.In this paper, electromagnetic anti-interference technology is analyzed from two aspects of circuit design and electromagnetic shielding. This paper analyzes the selection method of the main basic components of the circuit, such as capacitance, resistance and inductance, and puts forward the design principles of typical units such as power supply, control unit and amplifier according to the characteristics of electromagnetic compatibility of different functional units of the circuit. Based on the mechanism of electromagnetic interference, the method of shielding anti-interference and shell design is analyzed from two aspects: the selection of structural materials and the design technology used in assembly.Using the tool of signal integrity simulation and calculation, the effectiveness of reasonable arrangement of decoupling capacitor is verified by taking the design of monitoring unit of molded case circuit breaker as an example.
