摘要 重介浅槽分选机作为动力煤选煤厂重要的排矸设备,可对煤样进行高效的洗选,对重介浅槽分选机长期使用过程中出现的滑道衬板磨损及脱落问题进行分析,比较了两种不同的重介浅槽分选机滑道结构改造方案,实践结果表明,T型槽滑道相较于整体滑道有效解决了老式分体式滑道的问题,且改造及维修成本大幅降低。T型槽滑道结构的改造实现了选煤厂降本增效的目标,提高了选煤厂的社会经济收益。 Heavy media bath is an important gangue discharge equipment in coal preparation plant. Heavy media bath can effectively separate coal samples. The wear and falling off of slideway and lining plate during the long-term use of heavy media bath are analyzed. Two different structural transformation schemes of slideway of heavy media bath are compared. The practice results show that the transformation of T-groove slideway effectively solves the problem of old split slideway compared with the overall slideway structure. Tgroove slideway greatly reduces the cost of transformation and maintenance. The transformation of T-groove slideway structure has achieved the goal of reducing cost and increasing efficiency in the coal preparation plant. It improved the social and economic benefits of the coal preparation plant.
