核电站空调通风隔离阀传动系统的运动可靠性分析

摘要 通风隔离阀的功能是在核电站的空调关闭时可以及时隔离气流,而空调开启时可以通风散热。由于核电站运行环境的特殊性,要求通风隔离阀必须具有良好的机械性能和密封性能。其中,通风隔离阀的传动系统可以根据计算机指令控制阀门的开闭,因此保证其运动可靠性至关重要。 The function of ventilation isolation valve is to isolate the air flow in time when the air conditioner of nuclear power plant is turned off,and to ventilate and dissipate heat when the air conditioner is turned on.Due to the particularity of the operating environment of nuclear power plant,the ventilation isolation valve must have good mechanical performance and sealing performance.Among them,the transmission system of ventilation isolation valve can control the opening and closing of the valve according to computer instructions,so it is very important to ensure its motion reliability.
