摘要
气体绝缘输电线路(GIL)工程线路长,布置形式灵活多样。在管廊内布置时不能承受较大的基础载荷,对管道柔性设计要求较高。开展GIL柔性设计技术研究,综合分析GIL承受内压、重力、热膨胀力等不同载荷作用下的管道应力、变形规律,研究得出GIL伸缩节布置原则,解决GIL的热伸缩补偿及基础载荷控制难题。
Gas insulated transmission line(GIL) project line is long and flexible in arrangement form. It cannot bear large foundation load when arranged in the corridor, which requires high requirements for the flexible design of pipelines. In this paper, we carry out research on GIL flexible design technology, comprehensively analyze the pipeline stress and deformation law under different loads such as internal pressure, gravity and thermal expansion force of GIL, and study the principles of GIL expansion joint arrangement to solve the problems of thermal expansion compensation and foundation load control of GIL.
