Design and Application of an Online Measuring System for Pressure Transmitter

针对船舶某系统压力变送器计量过程中,需要将压力变送器与测量系统断开,操作繁琐;并且需要人工完成计量,工作效率低,容易引入人为误差,开发了一种压力变送器在线自动计量系统。首先介绍了系统的功能及性能指标,然后介绍了系统的硬件组成及软件设计,系统通过对比标准压力与船舶某测量系统的压力值,使用计算机完成压力变送器的计量过程,实现了计量系统在线计量的功能,提高了现场压力变送器的计量效率及准确率。

In the process of measuring the pressure transmitter of a certain system of the ship, it is necessary to disconnect the pressure transmitter from the measuring system, which is cumbersome to operate;In addition, it requires manual measurement, which is inefficient and easy to introduce human error. An online automatic measurement system for pressure transmitter is developed. This paper first introduces the functions and performance indicators of the system, and then introduces the hardware composition and software design of the system. By comparing the standard pressure with the pressure value of a measurement system on a ship, the system uses a computer to complete the measurement process of the pressure transmitter, realizing the online measurement function of the measurement system, and improving the measurement efficiency and accuracy of the on-site pressure transmitter.
