摘要
乙苯装置烷基转移反应器R102在催化剂AEB-1H作用下,发生烷基转移反应生成乙苯。3月22日取样分析二乙苯转化率在30%,低于性能保证值,为维持塔釜液位平衡,将T106塔釜部分料改烃化液罐,同时将R102入口温度由167℃提至180℃,但二乙苯转化率仍在35%左右。
Under the action of catalyst AEB-1H, the alkyl transfer reaction of reactor R102 in the ethylbenzene unit was carried out to produce ethylbenzene. On March 22, the sampling analysis showed that the conversion rate of diethylbenzene was 30%, which was lower than the performance guarantee value. In order to maintain the level balance of the tower, part of the T106 tower was changed into the alkylation liquid tank, and the inlet temperature of R102 was raised from 167 ℃ to 180 ℃, but the conversion rate of diethylbenzene was still around 35%.
