摘要 通过构建螺纹连接的力学模型论证了普通螺纹连接的自锁机理,并在此基础上阐明了松退力矩和拧紧力矩的关系。明确初始松动主要是由材料表面的嵌入、磨损、蠕变、应力松弛等塑性变形引起的。分析了预紧力、摩擦系数和外部载荷这三个影响松动的主要因素。并对当前常用的防松方式的防松原理和特点进行了分类总结。 The self-locking mechanism of common thread connection is demonstrated by constructing a mechanical model of thread connection,and on this basis,the relationship between loosening torque and tightening torque is clarified. It is clear that initial loosening is mainly caused by plastic deformation such as embedding,wearing,creeping and stress relaxation of material surface. The pretightening force,friction coefficient and external load are analyzed. At the same time,the principle and characteristics of the commonly used anti-loosening methods are classified and summarized.
