圆利针合谷刺委中穴联合电温针治疗急性腰扭伤的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of with Round-Sharp Needle Needling Multi-direction at Weizhong(BL40)Acupoints Combined with Electrothermic-Needling Moxibustion on the Treatment of Acute Lumbar Sprain

【目的】观察圆利针合谷刺委中穴联合电温针治疗急性腰扭伤的临床疗效。【方法】将80例急性腰扭伤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例,治疗组给予圆利针合谷刺委中穴联合电温针治疗,对照组给予双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗,连续治疗5 d。治疗5 d后,评价2组临床疗效,观察2组患者治疗前后视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、腰椎活动度(ROM)评分以及血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-10的变化情况。【结果】(1)治疗组总有效率97.50%(39/40),对照组为85.00%(34/40),治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,2组患者的VAS评分明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组在改善VAS评分方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)治疗后,2组患者的ROM评分明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组在改善ROM评分方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(4)治疗后,2组患者的血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10水平明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组在改善血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10水平方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】圆利针合谷刺委中穴联合电温针治疗急性腰扭伤,可明显改善患者的疼痛症状,有效降低患者的TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10水平,疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of multi-direction needling with round-sharp needle at Weizhong(BL40)acupoints combined with electrothermic-needling moxibustion in treating acute lumbar sprain.Methods Eighty patients with acute lumbar sprain were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 40 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with multi-direction needling with round-sharp needle at Weizhong(BL40)acupoints combined with electrothermic-needling moxibustion,while the control group was treated with Diclofenac Sodium Sustained-release Tablets.After 5 days of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.The changes in the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,the ROM scores of lumbar spine mobility and serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin(IL)-6 and IL-10 in the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results(1)The total effective rate of the treatment group was97.50%(39/40),compared with 85.00%(34/40)in the control group,and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly superior to the control group in improving the VAS scores,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)After treatment,the ROM scores of the two groups was significantly improved(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly superior to the control group in improving the ROM scores,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-10 in the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly superior to the control group in improving the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-10,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-direction needling with round-sharp needle at Weizhong(BL40)acupoints combined with electrothermic-needling moxibustion exert significant effects in treating acute lumbar sprain by significantly improving pain symptoms and effectively reducing TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-10 levels of patients.
