李顺民基于“脾肾相关”辨治肾性蛋白尿经验

LI Shun-Min’s Experience in the Treatment of Renal Proteinuria Based on Spleen-kidney Correlation Theory

李顺民教授承袭国医大师邓铁涛“五脏相关”理论并结合多年临床经验,提出从“脾肾相关”治疗肾性蛋白尿的思路。认为肾性蛋白尿的病机特点为脾肾亏虚为本,兼以湿热、湿浊、瘀血、风邪扰肾为标;治疗以健脾补肾为治疗总则,兼顾利湿、清热、祛风,并在治疗的全过程注重调畅气血。健脾可选补中益气汤加减,补肾常用参芪地黄汤加减。通过调理脾肾脏腑气血,可协调五脏,保护肾脏。

By inheriting the five-viscera correlation theory established by Chinese medical master DENG Tie-Tao and based on years of clinical experience,Professor LI Shun-Min put forward the thoughts of treatment of renal proteinuria based on spleen-kidney correlation theory.Professor LI Shun-Min believes that the pathogenesis of renal proteinuria is deficiency in the origin characterized by consumption of spleen and kidney,and excess in the superficiality characterized by the disturbance of kidney with damp-heat,damp turbidity,blood stasis,and wind pathogen.The principle for the treatment of renal proteinuria is to invigorate spleen and tonify kidney,and the therapies of eliminating dampness,clearing heat,and dispelling wind should be also taken into account.Furthermore,Professor LI Shun-Min makes emphasis on regulating qi and blood during the treatment.For invigorating spleen,the modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction can be used;for tonifying kidney,modified Shen Qi Dihuang Decoction can be adopted.The regulation of the qi and blood of spleen and kidney can make the five zangorgans work in harmony,and then protect the kidney.
