中医药通过调节肠道菌群防治围绝经期综合征思路探讨

Exploration of Thoughts for Preventing and Treating Perimenopausal Syndrome with Chinese Medicine by Regulating Intestinal Flora

围绝经期综合征又称更年期综合征(MPS),是女性由生育期向老年阶段过渡时期的常见病、多发病。中医理论认为,“天癸既绝,乃属太阴经也”,提示太阴肺脾与女性的围绝经期综合征有一定的关联;中医之肺脾与气血津液代谢密切相关,肠道菌群通过影响机体的营养物质的消化与吸收及免疫功能等参与机体功能的调节,肠道菌群与太阴脾肺密切相关;现代研究证实肠道菌群与围绝经期综合征具有相关性,且中医药疗法能调节肠道微生物的平衡。因此,通过补肺健脾以调节肠道微生物进而防治围绝经期综合征是可行的。采用中医药调节肠道菌群,从而防治围绝经期综合征,可为临床防治围绝经期综合征提供思路。

Perimenopausal syndrome is also called menopausal syndrome,referring to the common and prevalent disease in women during the transition period from child-bearing age to the old age.The theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)believes that“the exhaustion of tiangui(sex-stimulating essence)is due to the deficiency of qi and blood in taiyin meridian”,which suggests the correlation of taiyin of lung and spleen with menopausal syndrome in women.The lung and spleen in the theory of TCM are closely related to the metabolism of qi,blood and body fluid,and the intestinal flora is involved in the regulation of body functions by influencing the digestion and absorption of nutrients and immune functions.Hence the intestinal flora is closely related to the taiyin of spleen and lung.Modern research has confirmed that the intestinal flora is correlated with menopausal syndrome,and Chinese medicine therapy is able to regulate the balance of intestinal microorganism.Therefore,it is feasible to prevent and treat menopausal syndrome by regulating the intestinal microflora with the methods of tonifying lung and invigorating spleen.The use of Chinese medicine for regulating intestinal flora to prevent and treat menopausal syndrome may provide the thoughts for clinical prevention and treatment of menopausal syndrome.
